|Lambay Island is Dublin's best kept secret. It is the biggest island on the east coast and supports one of the largest and most important seabird colonies in Ireland. Lambay has the only colony of grey seals on the east coast, a herd of fallow deer, and some wild Wallabies living on the island.

Q. How can I book?
Q. What about individuals and small groups?
A. The majority of our bookings are from individuals and small groups that we bring together. For a trip to be economic for us we try to have a minimum of eight passengers per trip and a little flexibility is required from both sides to make it work.
Q. What is your typical passenger ?
Q. What is included in the price?
Q. How can I pay?
Q. Can I bring my own fishing rod, tackle and bait?
Q. Where does the boat leave from?
Q. Where can I park ?
Q. What should I wear and bring with me?
Q. Can I keep what I catch?
Q. What fish can we expect to catch ?
A. The fishing around Dublin is not good as other parts of Ireland but most our customers are looking to absorb the rugged scenery and wildlife while catching mackerel and pollock. The serious anglers that fish with us are happy to sit at anchor for several hours, chatting and drinking tea or coffee while slowly catching dogfish, ray, bull huss, gurnard, etc. To quote a friend of mine about fishing in Dublin, ‘it’s not about the fish, it’s about the fishing’.
Q. How many passengers does the boat carry?
Q. What facilities does the boat have ?
Q. What about safety at sea ?
A. Your comfort and safety whilst on our vessel is of paramount importance to us.
Q. What about the weather and tide?
Our business is both weather and tide dependent. We schedule our trips around the tides and will cancel a trip if we believe that the weather will make conditions uncomfortable for our passengers. Please bear in mind that weather forecasts are predictions in advance and can be under or over the actual conditions experienced in our area on the day. Wind speed and direction are our primary concern while rain is unlike to prevent a trip going ahead.
